Children are divided into separate Houses to develop team spirit and co-operation in all the activities. Each House will have a Captain and Vice-Captain chosen democratically by the team members.

Scouts and Guides

Students of class VIII are active participants of the Scouts and Guides movement. They have been instrumental in organizing community programmes, the first being a visit to an old age home on the eve of Diwali and next being a visit to the S.D. Louis Orphanage.
Visit to St. Philomina’s Home for the Aged: Students performed a cultural programme for the residents of the home and won not just their hearts but also got their blessings.

Visit to S.D.Louis Orphanage

Students collected rice in excess of 250 Kg and clothes for the children there. They also distributed sweets and fireworks to the inmates.
Club Activity

Clubs have been instituted for English, Hindi, Tamil, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Computer Science and Fine Arts to bring out the latent talents of the students. Each club has a President, a Secretary and a Teacher In-charge. Activities are so designed to let students explore the subject and learn more.

Each club has been allotted a budget to meet its expenses like buying prizes.
 

Van Mahotsav

In order to create awareness among students community on Global warming and the importance of growing trees, we celebrated “ Van mahotsav “ day and planted saplings around the school campus.
